This policy explains how britsinouk.org.uk handles personal data. The site is informational: it has no user accounts, no deposits and no newsletter, so the data involved is limited. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Like any website, our hosting server records technical information for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, for example to spot attacks or broken links. They are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Data You Choose to Send

If you use the form on our contact page, we receive the name and message you enter, plus any reply address you add. We use it only to answer you and do not add it to any mailing list. Messages are deleted once the question is resolved, and at the latest after twelve months.

Clicks on Outbound Links

When you click a button leading to the operator's site, our redirect page simply forwards you and stores nothing about you. After the redirect, the operator collects its own data under its own privacy notice, which we do not control.

Why We Process Data

Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Contact messages are processed to answer your request. We do not sell personal data, profile visitors or use it for automated decisions.

Who Can See It

Only the site's administrators and our hosting provider, which acts as a processor under a written agreement, have access. We do not share data with casino operators.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing or ask us to restrict it. Send the request through the contact form and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with the answer, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
